Easy 10 Day Return/Exchange Policy

Don’t like the product/ its color/ received damaged/ or its not as per listed on Scopic.me ? No problem we have provided easy 10 day return & exchange. Please read our Return & Exchange policies to proceed further which were provided as per following:

  • Return & Exchange is not valid for Scopic Wallet Credits. Scopic Wallet Credits are non refundable & exchangeable. Scopic Wallet Credits doesn’t follow R&E Policy.
  • Return & Exchange option is valid for 10 days from the day of purchase of products. After the given time period no request will be fulfilled or entertained.
  • Return & Exchange process or request may take 10-15 days to complete it depends on the reasons and return availability of products.
  • Products which were requested for Return or Exchange should be warped in its original packaging and should not be used or intact in any kind of manner.
  • Any Product purchased from the Website can be returned to the Company only if the Product supplied by the Company is seal pack, if your mind changes and the Product received is different from the Product that was ordered.
  • User shall be entitled to cancel an order of any Product, booked on the Website, by placing a “Cancel Order” request, by visiting Order Cancellation Centre. Please Visit here.
  • If customer request to cancel the order or there’s a mistake from customer’s behalf while ordering and customer asks for refund then as per our policy 5% plus shipping charges and packing charges will be deducted from total amount.
  • If Scopic.me would not be able to Dispatch the product within 10 days and in near future if customer asks for refund, we would Provide full amount of Refund.
  • The Customer shall ensure that he/she does not accept the delivery of any Product whose original packaging is damaged or tampered in any manner.
  • We will accept the return of the products, provided such return is for products that are damaged during transit, wrongly delivered, wrong product, incomplete package etc Reverse shipment cannot be arranged by us due to unavailability of our logistics partners, then in that case you are requested to send such products through any available courier services.

Credit Card, Net Banking, Debit Card = 7 to 15 Days

We will process the refund after receipt of the product.

Refund will be processed based on the mode of payment of the order processed through Credit card / Debit card will reflect in the next 7 to 15 days in Credit Card/ Bank statement/Scopic Wallet.
